As baby boomers grow older, and insurance continually changes, Medicare and HMO’s grow more restrictive, people must turn to other resources to maintain gains made in rehabilitation, prevent other illnesses or injury and live in a state of general wellness. Many have joined large health clubs only to get lost in the crowd. Some have become concerned with the lack of interaction with the staff or dissatisfied with the lack of knowledge concerning medical conditions or injuries. Sometimes this scenario can lead to injury.
